The Algerian revolution began to work on forming alternative administrative interests for the colonial administration, in order to isolate the people from them and cut off the population relations with them, with the aim of inciting the public against it, mobilizing the popular masses to circumvent its revolution and boycotting the colonial administration economically, politically, socially and civilian.

Moreover, the operation of the variant so that the revolution can keep up with the global revolutions by establishing institutions and enacting laws and provisions that regulate all violations or civil or criminal violations.

The problem that arises in this article: How was the Algerian revolution organized administratively and judicially through some documents and certificates?
