Abstract EN

The search target is trying to shed light on the school sports as the area that cares the elite of pupils with gifts and talents in the field of sport, as well as finding the most effective ways in the section guidance of gifted students which contributes to the advancement of the school sport to the elitism practise.

- to know with what is linked the selection process and the sport guidance of the gifted pupil, section sport and study.

- try to identify the most important criteria used in the selection and guidance process for the gifted pupils, section sport and study.

and the researcher has adopted the descriptive approach in his study, with the survey method.

and the sample was selected at random which numbered 30 framed for the section sport and study ( professor adviser, and technician in sport) where the survey was conducted on a similar sample to the study of scientific study for selection.

the basic study of the research was conducted where the questionnaire on the selection and sport guidance was distributed, and the number of the paragraphs was 20 paragraphs.

the researcher used the questionnaire and verified the validity and reliability of the tool.

after applying the tool to the members of the research sample and obtaining their answers, the data was unloaded and processed statistically by means of the percentage and sufficient square test.
