This requires building a model of crop sustainable intensification, keeps and supports the pace of the happening expansion and intensification, and preserves the environment and the groundwater resources.

The model consists of all the practices, mechanisms, policies and institutions associated with agricultural, economic, environmental, or social activity, of agricultural intensification in the region one way or another.
