The united states , russia , great britain and France are the first countries that discussed the lybian task frome 1945 to 1948, unfortunatly , they didn’t achieve to any solution this is why they exposed the matter in front the united nations in 1949, as far as the task is concerned they suggested the lybian independance and later its respresentatives worked hard on it , finally , it became independent on december 24 th ,1951.
