The course of this intervention is the development of the philosophy of religion by one of the most important Muslim philosophers, which is the father of Ibn al-Walid Ibn Rushd philosopher and jurist trying to find out if his philosophy is a philosophy of religion, considering the problem of reconciling the mind and faith or consideration and Sharia among the mothers of problems that have preoccupied human thought since A long time, and so: Is philosophical or mental consideration in the Sharia permissible or prohibited? Is it possible to reconcile rationalism with Sharia? And how does our philosopher Ibn Rushd conceive the relationship between religion and philosophy and on what connection does this relationship take place?
