Abstract EN

The current aims to recognize the barriers limiting the development of skillful and technical innovation with the football players in Yemen .

the study sample comprised 63 trainers selected randomly .

the researcher used the descriptive method .

He has prepared a scale including five components technical , administrative , financial , selective and resources The study showed that the degree of the skillful and technical innovation barriers has appeared enormously on all scale's components .

The study also showed that no variances with statistical significance due to trainer's classification rank and his years of experience .

The researcher recommended to establish football schools for teenagers and the talent in the countrywide and providing the financial support for the trainers and clubs to pay attention to the talent in addition to take care of the principles and stages of the sport selection in the football
