Abstract EN
This study aims at identifying the impact of the governance index on financial performance in Libya.
The researcher used the method of case study to collect the study data and then the quantitative analytical method in the research to reach the objective of the study.
The study concluded that there is a significant relationship between Good governance and the financial performance of the Libyan state, and recommended that the Libyan state should pay attention to indicators of good governance and its financial performance, so as to improve the level of these indicators, to reflect the overall performance of their institutions and department
