This study aimed to identify the relationship between stimulating human resources and the productivity at Mobile Telecommunications Sector –Mobilis- in Bechar.

the study identifies a community of employees Foundation of them were selected sample size was 26 employees, for completion of this study,we prepared a questionnaire composed of three sections : Devoted the first part of personal information , the second of them the motivation consists of 14 questions, and the third part regards a productivity consists of 07 questions, was this relationship is tested using spss 19 statistical program , the results of the study indicated that stimulating human resources relationship productivity at Mobilis Agency staff is low a fairly, And there are significant differences between the independent variables and the dependent variable.
