Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the transparency of the public budget in Algeria and the importance of social accountability in monitoring the budget in order to raise the level of transparency.

The achievement of the latter requires the provision of some indicators that help to follow up the budget with the need to disseminate information on the implementation of the objectives of the budget.

But the results obtained by Algeria in the open budget survey on the transparency of the public budget are very modest.
