Abstract EN

Due to the rapid developments in the fields of science and technology, especially as far as Information Technology (IT) concern compared to other fields of technology, the existing legal concepts related to financial and commercial transactions affected by such, and as a result, new concepts come in to existence which never existed before and it needs justifications of its legal status .The aforesaid developments extended to the mediums and means of payments and exchange and not confined to the form of transactions and its technical concluding mechanisms.

E- Cash, Digital Currencies and Virtual currencies i.e., Bit coin , in its existence and the form of its dealing considered to be legal challenges required appropriate justification .The significant of research can be said to be in the first glance is focusing in the legal status of Virtual Cryptography Currency – Bit coin, as a currency and commodity, to that extent of research problem and that due to the fact that the legal nature of its dealing and other consequences cannot be determined without determining the legal status of Bit coin itself.

Research problem and adapted hypothesis, determined, formulated and well defined to reach the desired conclusions by assuming that Bit coin is likely to be Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) product or commodity in intangible form as it meets the legal requirements of such and enabled it to enter to the conceptual meaning of proprietary rights.
