Abstract EN

This study deals with the subject of "The reality of performance and organizational behavior in the Algerian public institutions - the case of the National Enterprise of Electronic Industries (ENIE) in Sidi Bel Abbes" - in order to know whether the performance and organizational behavior of the employees of the foundation in question is up to the required level .

Where we have presented theoretical information on performance and organizational behavior, then analyzed the results of a sample of 20 workers at the ENIE Foundation in Sidi Bel Abbes.

Finally, the study found that there is an average level of performance and organizational behavior of the employees of the institution under study .
