Abstract EN

The study aimed at identify the reality of applying the indicators of hotel performance measuring by a group of hotels in Constantine focusing on quantitative indicators and qualitative indicator .An analytical descriptive method was adopted using a questionnaire as a tool which distributed to 56 administrative staff in hotels, 35 of theme retrieved.The results concluded that hotels' adopts the global indicators in evaluating their performance as well that some hotels focus on some indicators more than others, that is why it recommended the necessity of giving more importance to indicators concerning competitors, evaluating site webs and customers satisfaction .
