Abstract EN

The study aims to find out the impact of knowledge management in improving the performance of employees within the communication process Directorate médéa, to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 53individuals, we also adopted in this study the program of analysis called statistical package for social studies spss.

The results showed that the sample of the study on knowledge management processes and the performance of employees in the Directorate was high, where the arithmetic average of the knowledge management process was estimated at 3,75 with a high approval level, the arithmetic mean of the employee performance axis was also estimated at 3,75 with a high approval score, the study also showed that there is a clear impact of knowledge management processes in improving the performance of workers and this is the importance of knowledge as a resource of weath .
