Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to try to review the various incubators currently operating in Algeria and how we can create synergies among them, which can benefit incubated or graduate entrepreneurial projects and how we can penetrate international markets through quality projects.

The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection.

The study population consists of fifty-three project managers.

The study also found that incubators could very well be synergistic.

The study recommended exploiting the various tools and processes available to promote and enable a productive working relationship between the different incubators and the business environment by sharing the knowledge, experiences and practices of the best incubators.
