Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التّعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس مطرانية الروم الكاثوليك في الأردن للقيادة الخادمة و علاقتها بأدائهم الوظيفي من وجهة نظر معلميهم، و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي الوصفي الارتباطي، و المكون من عيّنة قوامها (167) معلما و معلمة و هم جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة للعام الدراسي 2017 – 2018.
و قامت الباحثة بتطوير أداتي الدراسة و هما عبارة عن استبانتين : هدفت الاستبانة الأولى إلى قياس درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس مطرانية الروم الكاثوليك في الأردن للقيادة الخادمة من وجهة نظر معلميهم و قد تكونت من أربع مجالات ؛ المجال الأول (المحبة) و تكوّن من (12) فقرة، المجال الثاني (الإيثار) و تكون من (7) فقرات، المجال الثالث (التواضع) و تكوّن من (8) فقرات، و المجال الرابع (التمكين) و تكوّن من (7) فقرات.
و هدفت الاستبانة الثانية إلى قياس مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للمديرين و علاقته بالقيادة الخادمة من وجهة نظر معلميهم و قد تكونت من (22) فقرة.
و قد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى أداء مديري مدارس مطرانية الروم الكاثوليك في الأردن من وجهة نظر معلميهم كان بدرجة متوسطة، و أن جميع المجالات المحبة، الإيثار، التمكين، التواضع جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، و جاء في الترتيب الأوّل مجال "التواضع" و في الترتيب الثاني "التمكين"، و في الترتيب الثالث "المحبة" و في الترتيب الأخير جاء مجال "الإيثار".
و أظهرت الدراسة أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05(a≤ بين درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة و مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لمديري مدارس الروم الكاثوليك في الأردن من وجهة نظر معلميهم.
و استنادا لما أظهرته نتائج الدراسة، فقد أوصت الباحثة بتبني المدارس الحكومية و الخاصة لمفهوم القيادة الخادمة لتطوير أداء مديري تلك المدارس سيما مدارس مطرانية الروم الكاثوليك في الأردن، من خلال تطبيقها لهذا المفهوم لتقوية أداء المديرين، بالإضافة إلى وضع خطة لبرنامج تدريب للإداريين، في مدارس مطرانية الروم الكاثوليك في الأردن، و وضع حوافز معنوية و مادية لتبنّي مبدأ القيادة الخادمة لما له من انعكاس إيجابي على أدائهم الوظيفي.
English Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing the servant leadership by the principals of the Greek Catholic Archdiocese Schools in Jordan and its relationship with their job performance from their teachers’ perspective.
The study used descriptive survey method.
The study was applied to a sample of (167) teachers who are all members of the study population for the academic year 2017-2018.
The researcher developed the study tools consisting of two questionnaires.
The first questionnaire was designed to measure the degree of practicing servant leadership by the principals of the Catholic Schools in Jordan and its relationship to their job performance from the teachers’ perspective in four domains.
The first domain is loving and consists of (12) paragraphs, the second domain is altruism consists of (7) paragraphs, the third domain is modesty and consists of (8) paragraphs, and the fourth domain is empowerment and consists of (7) paragraphs.
The second questionnaire was designed to measure the level of performance of managers and their relation to the servant leadership from the point of view of their teachers.
It consists of (22) paragraphs.
The results of the study showed that the levels of school principals' performance of the Roman Catholic Schools in Jordan from the teachers’ perspective were medium, and all the domains of love, altruism, empowerment and modesty were medium level.
In the first rank was the field of "modesty" and in the second rank " empowerment ", in the third rank "love" and in the last rank came the domain of "altruism".
The study also showed a statistically significant positive correlation at the significance level) α ≤ 0.05 (between the level of practicing the servant leadership by the principals and its relationship to their job performance from the point of view of their teachers Based on the results of the study, the study recommended that public and private schools in Jordan adopt the concept of servant leadership in order to develop the performance of the principals of these schools, especially the schools of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese in Jordan, by applying this concept to strengthen the performance of the principals.
In addition to a plan should be developed for training program in Roman Catholic Schools in Jordan and develop of moral and material incentives to adopt the principle of serving leadership to have a positive reflection on their job performance.
