Abstract EN

This research aims at rationing the questionnaire of Measurement of burnout which prepared by (Maslash),and preparing it to be proper for using and implementation at the Algerian socity.after reading the test and modifying the paragraphs needing modification, it has been implemented on nurses working in the private and public, in the states of Saida Sidi Bel Abbes, , Messila).

The results of rationing the measure showed that it had a good level of validity and reliability .This result indicate the effectiveness and suitability of the measure to be used and implemented in other new nurses related to the burnout phenomenon among nurse in algerian society.
