The analysis of human behavior in the organization and the interpretation of its nature and the recognition of its needs through the level of loyalty expressed in the prevailing conditions and organizational conditions enable to identify the weaknesses and shortcomings that need to be improved and developed, thus achieving organizational effectiveness of the organization and providing an appropriate regulatory environment so that individuals can implement The roles required of them and the provision of services to beneficiaries in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere, In this study, we tried to highlight the importance of the organizational climate and its impact on the loyalty of the employees.

We concluded that formal and informal contacts are of great importance for the continuation, construction and development of any organization as a vital guardian for it.
