Abstract EN

Due to the interference and the mating between the modem contact technologies and the applications of the internet, it appeared what is called "the social media" which gave a cultural and social dimensions to modem technologies.

This social media added a new breath to democracy because it enabled people to meet in a virtual public space which has different dimensions, this space embodies several dimensions of acts as well as others of communication and this led to the re-appearance of new social public space based on the idealism of« Habermas ».

This idealism is based on the mental arguments as it olso requires the practical moral dimensions.
