Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للإدارة بالتجوال و علاقتها بالالتزام الوظيفي للمعلمين من وجهة نظرهم، و استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و قام بتطوير أداة الدراسة المكونة من جزئين : الجزء الأول أداة الإدارة بالتجوال و تضمنت (28) فقرة موزعة على اربعة مجالات، و الجزء الثاني أداة الالتزام الوظيفي تكونت من (19) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) معلما و معلمة ما نسبته (10%) من مجتمع الدراسة أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في لواء الجامعة للإدارة بالتجوال جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بجميع ابعادها و ان درجة الالتزام الوظيفي لدى المعلمين كان بدرجة مرتفعة و لجميع الأبعاد، و أنه هنالك علاقة ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للإدارة بالتجوال و درجة الالتزام الوظيفي لدى المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية.

و في ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث : ضرورة تطبيق مديري المدارس للإدارة بالتجوال في مدارسهم، و عقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس حول كيفية تطبيق الإدارة بالتجوال.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the extent to which the principals of governmental secondary schools are practicing management by roaming and its relation with the job commitment among teachers from their perspective, however, the researcher used the associative descriptive method, and developed the needed tool which is composed of two parts: first, questionnaire of management by roaming and contained (28) clauses divided over four areas; and the second, questionnaire of job commitment which consisted of (19) clauses divided over three areas; study sample consisted of (350) teachers, at a rate of (10%) of the study population.

The results of study found that the extent to which the principals of governmental secondary schools in AL-JAMA province practicing management by roaming was medium in all its dimensions, and the degree of job commitment among teachers was high and, in all dimensions, and there a statistically significant relation between the extent to which the school principals practice management by roaming and the extent to which teachers are committed to their jobs in the governmental secondary schools.

Finally, the study recommended the necessity for the school's principals to apply management by roaming in their schools and to hold training courses for the schools' principals on how to apply management by roaming.
