Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال لقيادة التغيير وعلاقتها بالنمو المهني لدى معلماتهن في محافظة العاصمة عمان، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم تطوير أداتين للدراسة، الأولى استبانة لقياس قيادة التغيير وتضمنت (35) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي الرؤية المستقبلية العامة المشتركة، و تشجيع الابتكار و الابداع لدى المعلمات، و القدوة و الاسوة الحسنة، و بناء الثقافة المشتركة الداخلية، و هيكلية التغيير و تهيئة البيئة المناسبة، و الثانية استبانة لقياس النمو المهني لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال و تكونت من (25) فقرة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (370) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الخاصة في العاصمة عمان، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال لقيادة التغيير جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة من وجهة نظر معلماتهن، و أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى النمو المهني لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظرهن جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ هنالك علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال لقيادة التغيير ومستوى النمو المهني لدى معلماتهن من وجهة نظرهن في محافظة العاصمة عمان، و أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز ممارسة قيادة التغيير لدى مديرات رياض الاطفال و عقد دورات توضيحية بكيفية التمكن من تطبيق قيادة التغيير على أرض الواقع، و العمل على تشجيع التنافسية الإيجابية بين معلمات رياض الأطفال للحث على النمو المهني لديهن و تنظيم ورشات عمل لذلك.
English Abstract
The present study aimed to recognize the degree of the practice of kindergarten principals to lead the change and its relation with the professional growth of their teacher in Amman.
The correlational descriptive approach was used.
The study tools were developed, the first one was questionnaire to measure leading change and it consisted (35) items divided into five field which are the common future vision, encouraging the creativity, innovation among teacher, the good example, create the internal common culture, structuring the change and creating appropriate environment.
The second one was measuring the professional growth, consisted of (25) items.
The study sample consisted of (370) female teachers of private kindergarten in Amman, Teachers showed that the degree of leading practice of kindergarten principals.
In addition, the results showed that the professional growth level of their teachers from their own perspective came in a high degree.
The result of study also showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the degree of kindergarten principals’ leadership and the level of professional growth of their teachers from their own perspective in the capital Amman Governorate.
Therefore, the study recommended promoting the pattern of lead the change for the kindergarten principals.
Furthermore, conducting explanatory courses on how to lead change on the ground.
The researcher recommended encouraging positive competitiveness among kindergarten teachers to encourage their professional growth and organize workshops for this purpose.
