This study tries to show the development of the concept of police force in Al-Andalusia (Spain) notably in Ommiad second state era, in its two parts, the greet, and the small part.

And the emergence of new concept of middle police force, with the definition of this branches and responsibilities, and giving the names of those who held this post in Ommiad second stage.

Equally it shows the relationship between the policemen and other stuff institutions such as the governor, the Jurisdiction system, the market officer, the post service and detective.

Since there is a strict relationship between the successes of this plan, i.
