Measuring the Level of motivation among the counselers.

Identification of differences significance in the degrees of motivation among the sample according to (sex, specialization) variables .

Identification of relationship between the studyvariables .

To achieve the aims of the study the researchers have been adopted the fllowing: 1.

Building the counseling work quality scale according to (two factor of Hetezrberg 1975), consisting of (24) items after the completion of psychometric characteristics of building as (validity, reliability and discriminative power).

Building the motivation scale according to the principles of quality of education field (Edward Deming) consisting of (40) items after the completion of psychometric characteristics of building as (validity, reliability and discriminative power).

The researcher has been applied the two scales on a sample consisting of (250) male and female counselers working in the state directorate of Baghdad for the academic year 2012-2013 and analyzed data by SPSS and the results were: - Counselers get satisfied level of motivation.

- There are statistically differences significance according to sex variable for the female in the level of motivation.

- There are statistically differences significance according to specialization variable level of motivation for the graduates of psychology department , Arts colleges.

- There is low level counseling quality among counselers .

- There are statistically differences significance according to sex variable for the female in the level of counseling quality.

- There are statistically differences significance according to specialization variable level of motivation for the graduates of psychology department , Arts colleges.

The study concludes with some of suggestion and recommendation.
