The research problem Institutions need to have a scientific and precise methodology in selecting persons, because they are considered as one of the most important production elements if not to say , the crucial element of the success of any institution (ALmseeri, 2009,16) The main interesting was and still focusing on the individual energy and the individual effort ,so, the achievement is considered as the original social value for the individuals in the industrial societies (Razeeq , 1977,1) The aims of this study 1.

To recognize the common psychosocial relations with the sample of this study through a questionnaire preparing that .

To r ecognize the attitude toward the performance with the sample by three points : Motivation , the level of performance and frustration .

To recognize the correlation between psychosocial relations and attitude toward performance with the sample of the study .

The results show that the psychosocial relations are negative inside the institution due to the daily life events and their stresses that the individual face such as instability and weakness of security that effecting the psychosocial .

To recognize the nature of correlation between psychological relation and the attitude toward performance with the employees of the university of Baghdad the researcher has been applied Pearson correlation coefficient between the variables of research .The results were (0.12 ), (0.03) , and (0.9) for (depression – Motivation - performance ) respectively By using T.

test to test the significance of correlation coefficient , the results show that the calculated T.

values are (0.95), (0.23) and (0.62) respectively which they are not statistically significant at the level (0.01) showing that there is weak correlation between psychosocial relation and the attitude toward performance
