The new environment developed by ICT has had a significant impact on the enterprise particularly, in the structure, organization and work.

Iit is currently moving towards the development of performance and changing the nature of activities and services.

ICT is the basis for the strengthening of the relationships between stakeholder.

It has a strategic importance for business.

For example, the Internet makes it possible to link the different units of the enterprise with the creation of a collective environment based on interdependence.

The purpose of this research is to examine the strategic role of information and communication, by focusing on its value creation aim and innovation in enterprise activity, as well as the effects of the use of this technology.

In addition to Internet and Intranet applications and networks have enabled the process to improve communication, decision-making and flexibility rising.

The findings of the study confirmed that ICT has an effective means of serving the enterprise strategy in creating quality, value and differentiation.
