Abstract EN

The research-tackled one of the important topics in Awaqaf investment, Most Arab legislations did not miss organizing these topics: necessity of investment waqf property.

The research included discussing the Eco social value and necessity of waqf targeting at uncovering the privacy feature in the legislative texts regulating waqf in Algerian legislation.

In the beginning, we tackled to demonstrate the conceptual framework of Awaqaf and its areas of contribution to the old state ,however ,And give some analysis of the current financial situation which may aid to building a structure futuristic image of prospects for activating the development of investment property waqf and achievement of its roles in society as well as in the past in Algeria with identification of the most important reformist trends that have related to develop the waqf system in manner compatible with contemporary time.
