Abstract EN

The institution of the mosque is an interactive and functional institution.there are many members who achieve its mission.in terms of the human members,we find "al imam and al khatib" as the most prominent members because of their important roles that they play in the five prayers and the friday sermon.so all attention and consideration for thr effective and interactive priorities should be directed in the selection and employment of the supervisor of one of these functions,because the success of these members succeeds the mosque in the performance of its tasks and achieve its objectives and the vice versa.as a result,we can say that both al imam and al khatib have a great responsibility in realizing the main objectives of the mosque institution.
