Emir ABd Elkader Personality was based on many qualities: He Was an Intellectual, Devout Polite, Politician and a perfect Diplomat.

He was Known as being a man who Kept his promises and righteous and he was very humane in all national issues.

He was Famous all over the world wither, he traveled voluntarily or taken by Force and thus.

Because of his values, he was very nature despite his young age.

He succeeded in Founding a state and Negotiated with France which was the biggest power of the Mediterranean Sea, He mixed between Religion and Politics and made Islam.

the project of his State in his internal as well as international relations, when he was Forced to exile in Syria he witnessed a confessional crisis which could have led Damascus to destruction intervene if he did not humanely .From this we could answers to many questions: - Causes of confessional war in Syria (sham’s) 1860.
