Search deals with local and regional weather systematic at surface and upper levels causes snow fall in middle Euphrates region of Iraq in coldest month of year (January) which is rarely phenomena occurrence except when heating , moisture characteristics occasion at atmosphere , weather and layers close to the ground , Search depend analyzing approach with meteorological, observational data and weather chart for many readings to snow fall time (27/1/2016) and determine techniques ,occasions which hold up this phenomena incidents and depends on four climate stations (Karbala, Najaf, Najaf airport ,Samawa).
