The following historical study tries to highlight the reformist roles of the leaders and scholars of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars in the region of Hodna generally and in M'sila in particular, during the period which preceded the official beg inning of the Algerian liberation revolution 1951-1954, by highlighting the reformist roles of Cheikh Naeem al-Nuaimi in this Region.
