The subject in question is to address the marriage contract-related conditions.

The research addressed two subjects on the marriage contract conditions: -Demonstration that the condition in conformity with the marriage contract, the legislator's intention and within the authorized legally limits has been valid and binding but if beyond the unknown limited scope then the condition is void and the contract is valid.

-Addressing the condition that nullifies the marriage contract like the one in connection with the temporary marriage (nikah al mutah) showing opinions of scholars and jurists on issues of the research while stating evidence, discussing them and giving the weighing opinion for proscription of such marriage.
