The world today knows that in light of the spread of the Internet, a remarkable development has taken place in all aspects of life, including administrative activity, which is using modern technologies, especially information and communication technology to achieve its objectives and delivery of services to the general public.

The electronic e-contract is what we are trying to know through this study by clarifying its concept on one hand and monitoring its most important applications in Algerian legislation.
