Islam viewed justice as a comprehensive overview that had the greatest impact in guiding the general legislation governing all relations and humanitarian transactions.On this basis, justice was one of the greatest assets of Islamic legislation, but it is the origin of the assets in Islam, where it was achieved with Islamic legislation,One of the most prominent areas of legislation that have been subject to the law of justice in all its provisions is the zakat obligation, as this does not stop with the general-general legislation of this obligation, and it is authentic in every part of its provisions.This research has attempted to discern the manifestations of this justice in terms of the social and economic aspect of zakat, or in relation to its virtues and rulings.
