The importance of the research is to take cognizance of various aspects The Court of Dispute as a tool to avoid cases of denial of justice In addition to preventing them from contradicting the final judgments issued by the judicial authorities and this is the maximum protection of rights and freedoms, the question arises: What are the mechanisms of the Algerian court of conflict and what are their roles? We have concluded that the Court of Dispute is a supreme judicial and constitutional body that plays a major role in maintaining the rules of qualitative jurisdiction and thus maintaining public order by determining the jurisdiction of each judicial body based on the cases of conflict before it.
