Abstract EN

Enviroment media has such a significant role in the embody of the preventing character in the field of enviromental protection and security .

it is considred to be one of the important mechanism that contributes widely in the forming and activiating of the enviromental awareness for the community members .

In which we ensure that a set of principales that enchire the preventing chacter is activated in the field of protecting the enviroment within the sustainble development.

In whih "prevention is better that cure" and as well as "the need to think before act " principales stands out.

The Algerian legislator knew this type of media and it regulated its provisions by the law 03/10 related to the enviromental protection in the field of sustainble development.

in this study i will attemp to conduct an analytical study of the materials included in thesesprovions in order to answer the following problamatic: Are the legal provisions for environmental materials in algeria enough to embody the preventing character of the enviromental media in the field of enviromentalsecuirity and protection or is it unable to reach the desired objectives ?
