Algeria has not limited the base of caring for the environment, especially as its growth has grown, its population has grown and its cities have expanded.

This has made environmental terms one of the social, political and legislative aspects of Algeria.

Green areas have emerged as one of the basic and essential needs of their cities.

And we will try to clarify the importance of the green areas, and their relationship to the quality of life, where the presence within the city and near the residential communities will inevitably reduce the damage caused by urban crawling, and the chaos of construction and contaminated work On the framework of human life and on nature through the analysis of the provisions of Law 07/06 of 13 May 2007 on the management, protection and valuation of green areas.
