Abstract EN

The present study attempts to investigate the relationship between the concept of diversity and the realization of civil peace in light of the Sunnah (Prophetic tradition).

The Study found that among the conditions of diversity is the preservations of identities and peculiarities of various groups in the society.

It also concluded that civil peace is based on two factors.

The first factor is the avoidance of negative attitudes such as aggression.

The second factor is the promotion of positive values.

The study proved that the relationship between diversity and civil peace in Madinah during the lifetime of the Prophet (PBUH) was not only a theoretical one.

Rather, it had practical manifestations in the society.
