The right to health is a basic requirement for everyone in the community, and an important issue of concern for its preservation and upgrading to the fullest extent possible.

A clean environment is a prerequisite for protection and health, so health and the environment remain synonymous with a truly healthy environment where talk of health cannot be separated as a basic requirement of human rights demands without linking them to the clean environment from all sides.
