Abstract EN

Research Title: Doctrine study for doubtful matters raised about this Hadith, ((My intercession for the people of grievous sins from my Ummah “Muslim nation”)) and the answer for that.

Prepared by the researcher: Nada Bint Fayez Bin Awadah Al Qushairi.

The importance of the research: summarized as follow: 1.

The importance of the certainty of intercession for the people of grievous sins issue with evidence from the Holy Hadith and its methods.

2.

The demonstration of the average of the Adherents of the Sunnah and community in the judgment on the great sin wrongdoer issue against to The Heretics, they question of this issue and they made untrue construction of rightfulness texts agreed with their untrue belief.

3.

The demonstration of the untrue belief of the heretics in this issue, and their overstatement in that and show the true evidence of rightfulness texts which are used by them.

Research foreword: Includes clarification of the doubtful matter, the intercession and the great sin meaning.

Research chapters: The first chapter: the narrations of this Hadith ((My intercession for the people of grievous sins from my Ummah “Muslim nation”)), I divided this chapter into two researches.

In the first one, I demonstrated the Hadith narrations.

In the second one, I demonstrated the previous Imams interpretation about the rightness of prophet’s intercession (peace be upon him) for the people of grievous sins issue.

The second chapter: doubtful matters raised about this Hadith and the answer to them.

I divided the second chapter into two researches, in the first one, I demonstrated the doubtful matters of Dissenters Sect and AlMutazila and it has two issues: the first one is: the doubtful matters of Dissenters and the second one is: the doubtful matters of AlMutazila.

Then, I demonstrated in the second research the answer to the doubtful matters of Dissenters and AlMutazila and it has two issues: the first one is: the answer to the doubtful matters of Dissenters, and the second one is: the answer to the doubtful matters of AlMutazila.

Research Mechanism: Critical analytical inductive mechanism.

Research conclusion: The most important results that the research found was mentioned, including: 1.

The rightness of prophet’s intercession (peace be upon him) for the people of grievous sins from the prophet’s Ummah and the evidence is this agreed upon Hadith: ((My intercession for the people of grievous sins from my Ummah “Muslim nation”)) to the Adherents of the Sunnah and community, and their average in great sin wrongdoer matter, so he/she is given incessancy according to his/her faith and contradict according to his/ her debauchery.

The great sin wrongdoer neither disbelieves nor eternalizes in the hell because his/her faith is still remaining.

3.

Monotheist Disobedient People move out of the hell and not judging them as unbelievers hereby the God’s justice and wisdom.

4.

The falseness of heresiarch sects believe that the prophet’s intercession (peace be upon him) for the people of grievous sins is not proved.

The most important recommendations: My recommendation is to demonstrate the danger of these sects and their poor believes and warn against following them, particularly in our time because doubtful matters became everywhere.

In conclusion, I ask god to preserve Muslims from the heretics and make them proud of Sunnah.
