The information described in this intervention illustrates the interrelationship between communication and public relations on the basis that this relationship is very strong between them.

Both of them need the other.

This has led the management of the institutions to undertake many measures to improve this process and to monitor all means during the process of improvement and development of this relationship.

The Foundation, like all other institutions that strive for development, development and mobility, is trying to find many alternatives to achieve its strategic and practical goals.

It aims primarily at communication methods, from audio, visual and written methods.

It is used by the organization to transfer the correct and accurate information to all concerned parties and dealings with it from the individuals working in it and try to exert many efforts to improve relations with all internal and external parties and aim to gain their trust in achieving loyalty and belonging to this institution in a continuous manner.

The talk about the importance and reality of the communication process in the Algerian institution will not be credible unless it supports another job, which is the function of public relations, which is no less important than the communication process, as both work in the context of knowledge of many information about the internal and external environment through the focus Mainly on the planning of this process within the framework of the general strategy and in accordance with many of the criteria and foundations of the institutions, especially the Algerian institution.

The Algerian institution, especially the economic institution Arcelormetal Algeria, which was taken as a sample in this intervention as it falls within the important institutions that contribute effectively to the building of the national economy of the Algerian state, and therefore find today confirms the inevitability of many efforts through the use of many Of the modern means in the field of communication, exceeding all the classical capabilities in order to achieve the desired goals and this through the communication and organizational qualifications that are characterized by specialists in this area in the institution.

In the context of the great importance that the Algerian institutions provide to the communication and public relations system, we have been asked to talk about the objectives and importance of the communication process, in addition to the most important mechanisms supporting this system within this institution, as communication contributes to collective decision-making and implementation, Working to share information and work to increase collective awareness.

The realistic reading of institutional communication in this intervention makes us shed light on the extent to which PR functions as a strategic function that supports communication and helps the organization achieve its objectives.

The public relations practice is implicit and the aim is to maintain the internal and external parties, thus gradually eliminating the problem of environmental alienation, in addition to applying the most important technological systems in the field of communication through the impact of the communication and information technology system on all the actors of the institution, Administrations.

On the whole, the Foundation is trying to overcome many problems in the field of institutional communication, and make several changes and exit some alternatives, and the studies presented by the officials of the institution in terms of study of the psychological and behavioral side, which found in this aspect the most appropriate solution and alternative to succeed in changing many of the Behaviors and work in the framework of continuous improvement towards achieving a set of goals, most notably work in security and security, especially through the BBS system.

The Algerian Foundation will continue to work in the context of continuous and constructive change in order to achieve the strategy adopted in the context of the planned plan for communication and public relations.
