Abstract EN

The great technological development and accelerated the emergence of some practices or acts that would prejudice some individuals and groups or undermine the security of the state, was the legislation, including Algerian legislation to keep pace with this development and the enactment of laws to combat these acts and to prevent them, and give them the description of criminalization and the identification of images and sanctions, what was done by the Algerian legislator through Law Nº: 15-04 of November 10, 2004, including amending the Penal Code and Law Nº: 09-04 of 05 August 2009, which contains the special rules for the prevention and control of ICT related crimes.

And other texts, we find their impact on the Code of Criminal Procedure, so it was the objective of this study research in defining the concept of cyber crime on the one hand and research in the texts of Algerian legislation on the pillars of credible Algerian legislature to do this crime.
