Immigration movements in all its various forms are a global phenomenon, and it is undergoing through significant transformations despite not being new.

Over the past decades, as the flow of migrants has increased, the processes of managing immigration movements have increased and diversified, this made a significant impact on both the immigrants movements size and their composition, while working to clarify the types of these flows, in this very sensitive context, the hosting countries are aware of the seriousness danger of the continuity of this exodus to their displacements as final destinations.

Europe has become a source of attraction for the people of the southern Mediterranean, two decades after the launch of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership, the positions of the actors involved have established and matured, especially since immigration became more dramatic in recent times.

This paper therefore seeks to highlight the Euro-Mediterranean efforts to manage illegal immigration.

Despite all the policies that have been implemented to this purpose, it remains difficult to control this phenomenon under the circumstances in which the inhabitants of the southern Mediterranean live currently in their countries.
