This study addresses the foreign trade sector, which is considered as a vital basis for revitalising the national economy and achieving development in all domains, through consolidating its role via the significance of rectifying and reframing.

Algeria has always attempted to realize that, since it contributes effectively in taking the necessary measures for revitalizing its economy and entering the international market through liberating the foreign trade.It has been demonstrated that reforming and liberating the foreign trade sector has achieved positive effects on the national economy.
