I will present in this study a series of innovative mechanisms to counter the phenomenon of scientific theft, through the provisions of Resolution No.
933 of 28 July 2016, which sets out the rules on the prevention of scientific theft, which we seek by extrapolating its texts And analyze them to draw the Algerian legislator's approach and philosophy on dealing with this phenomenon.
