Abstract EN

The increase of E-commerce transactions between the business and consumer, which is symbolized by: (B2C) has become one of the justifications for the existence of electronic certification system as a protection of the consumer under the privacy of this type of transactions.

Therefore we will try through this study to research in the role made by the provider of electronic certification services to establish sufficient legal protection for the consumer under the law 15/04, although the Algerian legislator did not explicitly provides on this role in its legislations.
