Juvenile delinquency happens for many reasons.

Poverty, abuse, and family tension are a few of the major reason for a child to become a juvenile delinquent.

Steps need to be in place to stop and control some of the children that are falling through the crack of society and becoming ill-adjusted adults.

Life is not always pretty, but that should not be a reason to commit crime.
