Abstract EN

The objective of this paper is to identify the ethical framework on which social action is based; the most important obstacles to the adherence to this ethic are the various conventions and legislations that define the ethical framework of collective action; and the statement of the various supportive and specific sources of human behavior of individuals In the exercise of communal work, and this is the result of associative work imbalances in the system of ethics, which has negatively affected the reputation of the work of the assembly as well as what is endorsed by Algerian public opinion from time to time, besides to the existence of excesses deviate from the associations message.
