The theme of women's inheritance is one of the topics that has sparked a wide debate Between researchers and scholars in the field of Shari'a and law, this subject was often a tool to challenge the provisions of Islam in inheritance, as well as in the laws derived from its provisions, because the subject of women's inheritance is the cause of all ancient and modern societies.

Therefore, the suspicion must be removed which was imposed by the skeptics because of their misinterpretation of the laws which was enacted by the God in the distribution of inheritance, and the statement of the right of women in it.
