The study aimed to know the level of psychological combustion in a sample of nurses in the city of Laghouat, as well as knowledge of the differences between the nurses in the variables (social status and professional experience) and the use of the descriptive analytical method.

The psychological scale of Machlash and Jackson was applied to a sample of 32 nurses, The following statistical methods were used: the arithmetic average - the standard deviation - the percentages - chose (T) for the two samples, and it was found that there was a high level of recurrent fire in the nurses in Laghouat, and there were no differences between the nurses according to variables social status and professional experience
