This article specifies an image of cultural communication between Algeria and Morocco in 19 century because of the immigration of scholars, despite there are many Algerian scholars who emigrated to Morocco in that time we concentrated on the case of The AARBI EL-MECHERFI, who emigrated with their family to Morocco after the French conquest of Algeria.
In Fes where he settled, EL-Mecherfi participated in the cultural life according to their scriptures and their works in several subjects such as: (History, letter, religious,...) had the same time this works it is very important sources of the history of Morocco In 19 centuries.
