Marriage is a human contract through which humanity assures preservation and continuity in an orderly manner, and given its importance of, all laws worked on the organization of its provisions and the clarification of its conditions, particularly, the Islamic State where marriage occupies a sacred place among the members of society.

However, the objective of marriage often faces several problems related to one of the spouses, preventing it from achieving his humanitarian goals, which leads to think of modern means of reproduction known as artificial insemination, which is a very important solution that often guarantees the continuation of the marital relationship.

The wife is the most vulnerable part in this process because she is considered as the subject of artificial insemination and that may affect the scope of her protection, both in the Family Law or the Penal Code.
